The handmade pottery pieces we offer are also unique in design and consist of animals, birds, and nature-inspired plaques and bowls using imaginative realism. In our handmade ceramic creations, we mainly use stoneware and earthenware clays, with all designs hand-painted using different techniques suitable for pottery. All our work is fired and glazed by ourselves.

Having seen other works of art and pottery designed by both Angela and Janet, I commissioned Angela to design and make a beautiful lamp for my daughter and her husband.
Originally, I sent Angela a photo of their beloved dog Ginny with bubbles as a pup. Angela came up with the design that captured the essence of Ginny. Incorporating the bubbles around the lamp. The light that shines from it radiates the room. Both my daughter and husband use the lamp every evening and were thrilled with the detail and finish.
Through out the process I was sent photos, which in themselves are a nice keepsake. The lamp came extremely well packaged, avoiding any breakages.

I have one of Janet’s cut-outs displayed at home in my living room; my dad and I both agree the colours and textures in her work are beautiful. She has created a vibrant and well considered composition which is reminiscent of nature, yet abstract. To me, this particular artwork conveys the energy of a cascading waterfall, but is equally open to interpretation, or can simply be admired for its visual qualities.

Angela made me a couple of her special Hare coasters. They are a really lovely design, with the hares in a mottled brown on a nice green background. As they are individually made, they differ very slightly in design, which adds greatly to their attraction. A number of visitors have commented on how nice they are.

Last year Angela offered to make two handcrafted coasters, that were the perfect gift for my mother. I gave Angela 2 photos of my dogs and Angela presented me with different options of the coasters, with a very good price for the two handmade coasters, and I knew Angela would not disappoint, having seen her previous work.
A few weeks later I was presented with the handmade coasters, and I couldn,t be happier with them! The craftsmanship is exceptional – you can tell a lot of care went into making it. The material feels sturdy yet lightweight and the design add a personal touch to my living space. Not only does it protect my furniture from water rings, but it also serves as a charming conversations piece. I love supporting local artisans, and these coasters are a perfect example of the beauty and functionality that comes from handmade creations. Highly recommended.
