These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ("we," "our," or "us") services, including the purchase of art and ceramics products through our website, in-store, or at any events where we are present. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

• AnJanque Designs Ltd is a LLC located at 1 Old Inn Cottage, High Street, Brenchley. Kent TN12 7NQ.

2. Product Information and Availability

• Although we make every effort to accurately represent the colours, dimensions, and details of our products, due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in colour, texture, and size may occur.
• All items are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the selected items under these Terms. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase, unless the order is in the form of a commission. We accept the following payment cards for the UK - Visa,  Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and also through PayPal. International payment      cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Visa Electro.
• Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change. If a price change occurs after your order, the price at the time of your order will apply.

In placing an order you hereby warrant:

· You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.

· The personal details which you gave us on registration are fully complete and accurate.

· You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

4. Cancelling an order

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded the amount of your order into the account that the order was originally paid from.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 3-7 business days of receiving payment in the UK, overseas overs may take longer depending up the location. Shipping costs are free for prints in the UK, however for ceramic pieces/orders shipping costs are calculated upon completion of the order, or on a case by case basis by AnJanque Designs as larger original designed ceramics may need to be insured. We are always happy to explore options and give you a quote.

Our wish to provide as smooth a service as possible as regards shipping our products, and to this effect use Royal Mail postal and parcel services. Although these may be slightly more expense than other couriers, from experience the service provided is reliable. 

 Shipping on prints/ceramics to non-UK addresses will be quoted on a case by case basis, once agreed with the seller, as these can be expensive and sadly is beyond our control . We are always happy to explore options and give you a quote.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• If you wish to return a fine art print please do so within 14 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days from receipt of your order, as this is our Company policy.
• Due to the nature of our handmade ceramic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@anjanquedesignsltd.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a replacement or store credit.
• Please note in the matter of an item that has been damaged in transit, AnJanque reserve the right to contact the courier used for confirmation of the delivery status. A valid invoice will also be required to show proof of purchase.
• For any other concerns or issues, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.

7. Special Offers and Promotions

· Any special offers and promotions offered by AnJanque Designs Ltd are posted at the Company’s discretion and are subject to availability. Any promotional offers of photographic prints, when purchasing in conjunction with another item offered on our website, cannot be exchanged for a different photographic print once, or item once the purchased has been completed. These offers are strictly limited to the items to which the promotion is attached to.

8. Commissioned Orders

• Commissioned orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. The terms for commissioned orders will be discussed and agreed upon before  production begins, and we are happy to discuss the best way forward with our customers.
• An initial deposit will be required for commissioned orders, with the remainder of the balance either arranged in instalments or as a final amount upon completion or prior to shipping of the commission piece.
• If the client chooses, for whatever reason, not to go ahead with completion of a commission, any deposit for instalments are not refundable, as these over the work that has already been undertaken on behalf of the client.
• Commissioned items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All artwork, designs, and ceramics created by AnJanque Designs Ltd are the intellectual property of AnJanque Designs Ltd, and cannot be reproduced or used without prior permission.
• You are purchasing a physical item and do not receive rights to reproduce the design, artwork, or imagery.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnJanque Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products.
• Our total liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our Anjanque Designs Ltd website.
• By purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for order processing, shipping, and marketing purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• AnJanque Designs Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and holds the relevant Data Protection Registration Certification with this office, as required by UK law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Sale of Goods Act 2000.
• Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the Consumer Protection Act 2007 where you are a consumer.

13. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
• By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.

14. Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
